Prompt Area-Wide Delivery  We are available when you need us with special on-call service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Discharge Assistance  We work directly with physicians and discharge planners to insure a smooth transition from hospital or skilled care to home.

Patient Assessment and Care Plan  A staff professional meets with and assesses the needs of the patient with respect to the equipment ordered. Patients and equipment are continually monitored to insure care that is timely and up-to-date.

Patient Instruction  Our staff insures that each patient is fully trained on the operation and care of their equipment.

Consultations  Staff professionals meet, as required, with referral personnel or with the patient and/or caregiver to solve any equipment problems which may arise.

Reimbursement Assistance  We bill Medicare, Medicaid and most other insurances and HMOs directly.

Service and Repair Programs  We provide service and repair for all our rental equipment, as well as our customers personally owned equipment.
